The IRSP, in response to today's Derry Brigade INLA statement would re-iterate that these threats cease immediately. The individuals making threats are obviously not connected to the Republican Socialist movement in any way.
We would ask that anyone who feels that they were victims of this activity to come forward to the IRSP so that it can be fully ascertained whether a threat actually exists against them. INLA warnings are few and far between which is why we believe that this statement should be taken seriously. We welcome today's statement in that it clears the air as far as the Republican Socialist Movement's position on this sinister activity is concerned.
