"In recent months the membership and supporters of the Republican Socialist Movement in Belfast have been attacked and threatened.

These attacks are known to have been planned and orchestrated by pseudo-British agents. A gang of drug dealers, including one from Dublin, were paid by these people to assassinate Republican Socialist Gino Gallagher and to assist in two other gun attacks against IRSP members.

Accordinly, and in keeping with the findings of the inquiry into the Gino Gallagher murder, Volunteers of the Belfast Brigade INLA have been conducting ongoing operations against these people. Our actions have been guided by the directive from our leadership to seek out Gino's assassins, protect Republican Socialists, and ultimately neutralise this threat.

We have been encouraged by the support and information shown and given to us by the Republican community. This has in a large part insured that a number of individuals being sought by the INLA have come forward to us through recognised intermediaries. These people have, following discussion, been allowed to return home with assurances of their continued well-being.

The Irish National Liberation Army are determined to bring these attacks to a speedy and definitive end. Those responsible for these attacks be assured -- we will find you. To the minor criminals and drug fraternity surrounding those who murdered Gino, you have until midnight on Monday, April 8th, to come forward. Confirm that you have no association with these people and we will guarantee your safety. You know what you have to do, now do it.
