We send you fraternal and revolutionary greetings through or comrade Peter Urban acting on our behalf at this historic point in your history as a revolutionary socialist party.

We wish you clarity of vision as you look to the future, and the role you as revolutionaries have to play in its making. We know from history that will not be an easy task as the reactionary hand of loyalism digs deeper and deeper into the pockets of Unionism to drag it back from whence it came.....Sectarianism, Class Division, Repression. Even closer to home, in your own communities thugs administer grotesque and twisted forms of physical abuse under the cover of 'republicanism' in cases appearing to act with impunity. Such acts demand a response. Seamus Costello was clear on this issue "As a revolutionary party we have a duty to protect our membership, any party who fails this goes out of business anyway."

Reform is no substitute for revolt and as you forge ahead think well of the sacrifices of the past.
