In 1996, this page, along with other Irish-interest web pages, participated in an
interactive 15th-year commemoration of the 1981 Hunger Strike in which ten men died.
The Hunger Strike Commemoration Web Page that now exists came out of the cooperative efforts that crossed republican party lines, and ultimately, gives hope to the premise that republican unity is a viable reality.
